About Teressa Taylor Griffis

Teressa is the CEO and Founder of TTG & Associates, LLC – A New Homes Division of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty in Fredericksburg, VA. TTG & Associates leverages 35 years of proven sales and service successes to provide individualized service to builders, developers, investors, and buyers. Offering strategic and elite services such as: Consulting, Education, Builder and Developer Representation, Buyer Representation, Seller Representation, Marketing, Sale & Networking, and Community centered Business Development.   

Teressa is passionate about the building industry and continues to enhance her knowledge by serving on the Board of Directors for the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association and paying it forward by sharing her experiences and expertise with education centered committees and guest speaking and teaching engagements.
